* I don’t employ an hourly rate. I give flat rates for my jobs. Initially I’ll give a “rough estimate” over the phone or via text or email after receiving job details, pictures and videos. If you agree with my “rough estimate” price we will then move forward to establish more accurate pricing.

* In “standard situations” I charge $70 for installing a ceiling fan and $20 for removing an old fixture.

* My rate for toilet repairs are contingent on what repairs are needed but my rate will be no less than $100 for any repairs plus supplies if any are needed.

* My rate for removing your old toilet and installing your new toilet will be no less than $100 plus supplies if any are needed. This rate doesn’t include deposal of your old toilet. Toilet disposal is extra.

* My rate for replacing a leaky hose-bib is roughly $100 per hose-bib plus supplies.

* My rate for moving help varies based on the services needed and other variable as well. Unfortunately I don’t offer packing/unpacking help because I honestly don’t have the patience for packing/unpacking.

* Are you seeking any collages? If so, how many collages are you seeking?

* What’s the approximate highest height you would like your artwork mounted?

* What’s the material of your walls? Drywall? Tile? Marble?

* Are you seeking to have your artwork mounted alongside a staircase?

* Are items such as furniture required to be moved prior to mounting your artwork?

* For insurance purposes and estimate purposes, what’s the approximate value of your artwork collectively? If you have one or more artwork individually valued more than $500 I would like to know that information prior to estimating this job.

* My base rate for replacing a garbage disposal is no less than $100 plus supplies if any are needed.

My base rate for installing a wardrobe is no less than half the cost of the wardrobe plus supplies.

* Will you need me to pick-up and deliver your new wardrobe?

* Will you need me to paint, patch and repair wall damage in your closet?

* Can you provide me with the layout for your new wardrobe if you have one?

* Do you have your materials on-hand?

* Generally I make a judgement call on a case by case basis for assembling furniture.

* My rate for assembling furniture that has many parts & lots of hardware is no less than half the cost of the furniture.

* I charge less for assembling furniture with less parts & minimal hardware.

* Are you able to provide me with links, pictures and/or model #’s associated with your furniture?

* Do you have your furniture on-hand?

* When are you planning on having this work done?

* Overall my prices for unclogging fixtures varies depending on the severity of the clog. My rate for unclogging toilets will be no less than $200 per toilet plus supplies if any are needed.

* Do you know how your fixture got clogged?

* Do you or anyone in your household flush feminine products, Q-tips, flushable wipes, grease, food or anything besides tissue and human waste down your toilet?

* How long have you been dealing with this clog?

* Are there multiple fixtures clogged or just one? If more than one fixture is clogged, how many fixtures are clogged and which fixtures are clogged?

* When are you wanting to have this work done?

* May rate for repairing a leaky shower or tub spout generally varies but will be no less than $125 plus supplies if any are needed?

* Replacing shower cartridges for Delta and Moen will cost more than others because they are more challenging to replace.

* What’s the brand of the item you’re needing replaced?

* If you’re needing a tub spout changed can you feel underneath your current spout nearest to the wall and tell me if there is a small hole there?

* My rate for replacing an angle-stop is roughly $60 per angle-stop in most cases. The angle-stop is included in this rate.
